
Brown Butter Madeleines

Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Brown the Buttercup Luxury Spread in a saucepan over medium heat until golden brown. Remove from heat.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs, sugar, and honey until thick and pale. Add the browned butter and mix.
- In a mixing bowl, sift together flour and baking powder. Mix into the wet ingredients along with orange zest until just blended.
- Fill greased madeleine mould and bake for 9-11 minutes until golden.
